Easy to Use

Pizza cook times depend on how hot your fire is. With coals alone pizzas will cook in 5-6 minutes at 700-degree-F. By adding wood chunks and stoking flames in the back of the oven, pizzas can cook in as little as 2.5 minutes at around 900-degree-F.
