Delivery policy

The company has the obligation to pay and charge the shipping costs only. The customer has the obligation to pay the return costs of his order to the company.

The customer has the right to cancel his order and to be refunded the full paid amount of his charge before receiving by email the tracking number. If the customer will cancel his order after receiving the tracking number, the company have right to hold the delivery fee and to refund the product cost amount only and will refund the balance of paid amount after received back the item from the shipping company. The customer controls the delivery process from the tracking number given by the shipping companies. The customer does not have to sign the receipt of the product. The customer gives the right to the shipping companies to photograph the product at its destination (delivery address) If the customer disputes the receipt of his order, the company has the right to initiate an investigation with the shipping company. The costumer is obliged to wait for the answer of the inquiry for as long as it takes and to accept the result of the inquiry. If the shipping company concludes that the delivery did not take place, the company is obliged to resend the product to the customer without any other charge or to return the full amount charged, only (purchase of product and shipping costs only), without any other charge overdue interest or any other legal payment made by the customer). If the conclusion of the shipping company proves that the delivery of the product took place, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the product replacement by the company. The customer is solely responsible for the security of the management after the delivery of the product. If the customer detects damage to the product from the use of the delivery, he is obliged to immediately inform the company with photographic material in the email at . The customer bears the obligation to return the product within 3 days from the day of receipt (return tracking number). The company has the obligation to replace the product with a new one without any other charge to the customer. If the customer is late to return the product over to 10 days after the delivery day, the company is obliged to give him compensation // 10% discount on the cost of purchasing the product only and the customer accepts this. If the customer is more than 10 days late from the delivery day of the product to return with the damaged product from the use of the delivery, the customer accepts the product and loses any right to compensation – discount or replacement of the product by the company.


Refund and Return Policy

In most cases we do accept the returns of the product if the product is in unused condition and Original Packaging. We will refund you the amount less the 30% restocking fee. If there is any fault in the product, we will exchange the product for no additional cost. Customer pays for return shipping. Why Restocking Fee? In order to keep the prices low for 97% of our customers, we charge restocking fee from the 3% of the customers who wish to return the items. We don’t make money from restocking fee. It goes towards our shipping expense, warehouse handling or re boxing of the items. You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Return credits are issued within 3 to 7 days once the item is received and inspected. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement but it has to mentioned on the proof of delivery in case of curbside delivery and white glove delivery. All kinds of Damage/Defect claims must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery time. All Major Shipping companies deliver only Monday through Friday. Deliveries CANNOT be scheduled on Saturday or Sunday unless otherwise instructed by the carrier.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write “Package Damaged.” If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us, we will send you a new one right away. If you have already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us right away and we will ship your replacement parts free of charge. We usually only have a 48-hour window to file freight claims. If we cannot replace the parts, our carrier will pick up the original package and we will send you a full replacement. If your product has a manufacturer’s defect, we can either replace the defective part, or, if necessary, the entire unit. Shipping and handling policy

The customer is responsible for the correct shipping address of the products to the company. The company does not bear any responsibility if the customer gives the wrong shipping address and the shipping is done. The customer is not entitled to any refunds and its distributors/suppliers reserve the right to restrict shipments to within the Continental U.S. All orders must be placed with a residential ship-to address. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed.

Shipping and handling charges

You are responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges for all products purchased from All Major Shipping Companies Ground drop off shipments do not require any inspection. All other shipments which require delivery appointment need to be Inspected at the time of delivery. You are responsible for these charges for shipments that are refused or returned if you don’t like the product. If the furniture cannot be delivered inside your home due to any entrance restrictions, you are liable to pay the restocking fee. If the product is defective or damaged, it will be replaced at no extra charge. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products or shipping errors in Item return. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. If the item is more than 80lbs or Oversize, the liftgate charges would be applicable on such items. Oversize item is defined if L+2(W+D) in inches is greater than 130. The total delivery cost is calculated by adding a base “Per Item” costs and various “Per total pocket”. The “Per Item” cost depends on the item, and is based on the quantity of items, the weight, or volume (referred to as the dimensional weight) of each package. The table below shows the base “Per Total Packet” rate used as a minimum for shipping. Rates increase, or vary, from the base rate depending on the items in the cart. Exact delivery charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight, and volume of all the items in the cart. When shipping internationally, there are different delivery speed options available during checkout, typically Standard, Priority and Express. The table shows our fastest available speeds when choosing Standard or Priority Shipping at checkout. Typically ships faster than Standard, but slower than Priority.

Finale Sales 

All customers have the right to cancel or to return the order on the next 30 days from the delivery day. All costumers must to follow our return policy. After 30 days from the delivery day all sales are finale and the “” has no obligation to refund money to the user – depositor of the order. If the user decides to return or cancel the order after 30 days of receiving the order, he loses the cost of the order and is responsible for any legal fee (including the banks or merchants fees or expenses) or claim that the “” will spend for the specific decision of the user.
