—1. How to change the startup setting?

Zero Startup: Press the accelerator to start up. Non-zero Startup: Thrust against the ground to start up. There are two ways to help you：

(1) Press the scooter LED power button 5 times.

(2) Open the MICROGO App, find the setting function on the main page, then you will find the ‘Startup Setting’.

—2.How about the scooter not power on?

The scooter is designed with battery protection. If your scooter is not power on, we would like to change a new battery for you.

—3. If these tires are inflatable tires?

MICROGO 8.5″ rubber honeycomb tires are the perfect size for commuting. It is more wear-durable than pneumatic tires and does not require frequent inflation.

—4. How many kilometers can be traveled at most?

It can travel up to 18.5 kilometers, but it also depends on weight, driving environment and weather. At the same time, the temperature will also affect the power of the lithium battery.

—5. What’s the means of scooter 02 errors?

The 02 error is related to the accelerator. Please carefully check whether the accelerator be installed accurately.

—6. How to tighten the scooter?

Hi, in order to prevent the screws from falling when the scooter is driving on uneven roads, new scooter usually require more strength to be tighten. Please align the screw holes and use MICROGO installation tools to tighten them.

—7. How about the brake? The left throttle is the electric brake, which controls the front wheel. The one on the right side is a disc brake, which controls the rear wheel. MICROGO double braking system quickly identifies braking signals, helps you stably and completely stop the scooter.
