Our founding roast strikes the perfect balance between the bold and the smooth. This medium roast was developed to be the best drip coffee you’ll ever taste! Featuring a cocoa and vanilla aroma, bold tasting notes, and a smooth buttery finish. Each 12oz bag of coffee will make about 16 cups of coffee. Light Roast offers a smoother, more easy-drinking experience. Medium Roast has the most balanced flavor, aroma, and acidity. Dark Roast brings a more heavy body and richer flavor with lower acidity. Extra Dark Roast delivers the richest, most smoky flavor from our coffee roaster.

• A BAG GOES A LONG WAY: Each 12 oz bag of coffee will make about 16 cups of coffee.
• WATCH YOUR RATIOS: We recommend the “Golden Rule” of a 18:1 ratio. That is 1 part coffee (2 TBS) for every 18 parts water (6 OZ). That works out 10 g of coffee per 180 ml of water.
