GAS FRYER

Powered by liquid propane gas, this fryer reaches cooking temperatures quickly, delivers high temps and maintains even heat, all with a turn of the knob. It runs on a 20-pound propane gas tank, sold separately.

CAPACITY

You can fry whole turkeys chickens or roasts up to 16 pounds, cook up to 4 hanging rib racks, up to 6 kabobs or load your entire meal; chicken breasts, potatoes and veggies.

LID

The wire mesh lid reflects radiant heat back into the cooking chamber. Use it during the first or last 15 minutes of your cook for extra browning. On extremely windy days and when cooking in colder temperatures, keep the wire mesh lid in place for the entire cook time to retain heat.
