This light roast is for those who like a very drinkable, smooth coffee with memorable tasting notes. Each 12oz bag will make about 16 cups of coffee. Light Roast offers a smoother, more easy-drinking experience. Medium Roast has the most balanced flavor, aroma, and acidity. Dark Roast brings a more heavy body and richer flavor with lower acidity. • A BAG GOES A LONG WAY: Each 12 oz bag of coffee will make about 16 cups of coffee.
• WATCH YOUR RATIOS: We recommend the \\“Golden Rule\\” of a 18:1 ratio. That is 1 part coffee (2 TBS) for every 18 parts water (6 OZ). That works out 10 g of coffee per 180 ml of water.
