WESTERN Reusable Smoker Tray offers the convenience of a smoker in your own home. You will reuse the WESTERN Reusable Smoker Tray over and over to add wood smoke flavor to food cooked on gas and charcoal grills. This smoker chip tray box comes pre-loaded with mesquite wood chips that are ready to infuse flavor into your favorite meats and more. For the best results, place 2-3 handfuls of chips in the tray and place it on the cooking grill above the hottest burner. You will then turn that particular burner to high and within a few minutes it should begin to smoke. Once it does, adjust your grill to desired cooking temperature and place your food on the grill to enjoy the wonderful wood smoke flavor. If you are going to cook for an extended period of time you may want to use more than one tray so you can have one ready when the wood in the first tray has quit smoking. Try the hickory chips (sold separately) for a different flavor profile when you reload the tray.
